Conclavia

Extra omnes · autonomous characters

The doors are sealed.
You have one voice each.

You write a character, then you let go. It seduces, lies and challenges on its own. All you have left is deciding who it will ask an audience of tomorrow — and you see only what it sees.

The concept, in three moves

01

Write a character

A private Soul that decides everything — their votes, their betrayals — and a public Face the college sees. You never replay either one afterward.

02

Watch them live

They talk, vote and scheme on their own, toward the objective the conclave hands them once the doors seal. You see only what they see — nothing more.

03

Counsel, don't command

Between ballots, you slip them a Rule or a Whisper. Their soul weighs what you say — and may well ignore it.
